Marisa Dye

Marisa Dye is the Director of Corporate Employee Relations at The Walt Disney Company, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager and Manager in Employee Relations at Disney from 2018 to 2022. Marisa began their career as an Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and later at Sidley Austin from 2008 to 2015. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
