Maroy Lamigo is an experienced leader in Talent, Leadership, and Organization Development, with a proven record in regional and global roles across the China and Asia Pacific regions. Currently serving as Executive Director of OD, Talent, and DE&I at The Walt Disney Company, Maroy has previously held various strategic positions at notable organizations, including Sanofi, Intel Corporation, and Devhaus Technologies. With expertise in HR consulting, talent management, and change management, Maroy excels in program design and organizational strategy. Maroy holds an AB in Psychology from De La Salle University and has completed the Intel-AIM Leadership Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
