Matt Earle

Matt Earle is the Senior Manager of Attractions Engineering at The Walt Disney Company, a position held since 2002. They began their career as a Draftsman at Blazon Enterprises while still in high school, eventually progressing to various engineering roles, including Controls Engineer at AVCA Engineering and Consulting, and Sr. Project Manager at BOC GASES LIMITED. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electromechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo and later obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
