Matt Penarczyk is presently the General Counsel of Disney Experiences, overseeing the legal support for the segment’s diverse operations, including international theme parks and resorts. Prior to this role, they held senior legal positions at TikTok and Microsoft, where they led significant legal teams and managed various corporate legal strategies. Matt began their career as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP and has cultivated a passion for fostering positive team culture throughout their extensive legal career. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Boston College.
