Matthew Kemp

Matthew Kemp is a seasoned finance professional with over 13 years of experience in cross finance, systems, and core operational roles at The Walt Disney Company since October 2011. As a Senior Manager Finance, Matthew led the development of global systems for the consumer products division, focusing on streamlining processes and enhancing data reporting. Positions held include Senior Manager, Hardlines Finance, overseeing EMEA Toys & Consumer Electronics, and responsibilities for managing forecast processes and annual planning cycles for Disney Consumer Products, Games & Publishing. Matthew’s earlier roles involved revenue accounting leadership and operations management for contract execution. Prior to Disney, Matthew was an Accountant at Robert Frederick Limited, handling management accounts and royalties. Matthew holds a BSc Hons in Accountancy and Law from the University of East Anglia.
