Michael Lee has extensive experience in IT infrastructure, security, and operations management, primarily at The Walt Disney Company from 2011 to 2018. Key roles included Sr. Manager IT, Infrastructure and Security, where Michael led initiatives to enhance security posture and implement proactive measures. As Sr. Manager of System Reliability Engineering, Michael developed scalable solutions to improve service reliability and mentored a team of engineers. Responsibilities also encompassed managing networks and retail technology operations, ensuring the stability of the Disney Store’s eCommerce platform, and overseeing vendor relations.
