Michael Lowe is currently the Deputy Chief Counsel for Corporate Transactions at The Walt Disney Company, a position held since 2004. Previously, Michael served as an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Irell & Manella LLP from 1996 to 2004. Michael began their legal career as a law clerk to Hon. Roger Miner at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from 1995 to 1996. Michael earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1995 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University, along with ongoing studies there.
