Michael Romano has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering for Direct to Consumer - Distribution at The Walt Disney Company since September 2018. Prior to this role, Michael was the Chief Architect at ESPN from September 2008 to September 2018 and worked as a Research Scientist at the Booth Research Center for Advanced Technology between 2004 and 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering, as well as Mathematics, from the University of Connecticut, completed between 1997 and 2002.
