Michael Salama

Michael Salama is a Lead Tax Counsel specializing in tax planning, transfer pricing, and legislative analysis. Currently, they provide enterprise-wide tax legal guidance across various sectors, including production and licensing. Previously, Michael held roles as VP of Corporate Tax and Senior Tax Counsel at The Walt Disney Company and served in law clerk positions for the U.S. Department of Justice and the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. Their educational background includes a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a Master’s in International Affairs from King’s College London.
