Phil Woods

Phil Woods is a transactional entertainment and intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in business and legal affairs. As the Director at the Disney Music Group, they currently oversee legal operations, drawing on their background as Counsel in the same division. Previously, Phil practiced law at The Law Offices of Phil Woods and served as an Associate at Vaquerano Law, PC, where they negotiated various music and film-related agreements. Phil holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Berklee College.
