Philippe Coen

Philippe Coen is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President and Regional Counsel at The Walt Disney Company since September 1997, focusing on general counseling, compliance, ethics, public affairs, and various areas of law including European, French, and Eastern European legal frameworks. Philippe is actively involved in multiple organizations, holding positions such as Member of the Observatoire de la Haine en Ligne, Founder and President of Respect Zone, President and Founder of the Ethical Committee of the French Company Lawyers' Profession at AFJE, and Vice President of In-house Counsel Worldwide. Additionally, Philippe is the Director of the Law Clinic for Digital & Human Rights at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and serves as General Secretary of UNIFAB. Philippe's educational background includes an LL.M. from Harvard University and numerous law degrees from leading French institutions.
