Raphael Winick

Raphael Winick is an Assistant General Counsel at The Walt Disney Company, specializing in legal issues related to licensing intellectual property and media content. They have led legal teams for significant projects involving ESPN and ABC, including the development of apps and content acquisitions. Raphael has also served as a law clerk for U.S. appellate and district courts and has authored influential research papers on topics such as deep fakes and computer data searches.
