Rian Robison is the Director of Enterprise Compensation at The Walt Disney Company, a position held since 2018. Previously, Rian served as a Senior Manager of Executive Compensation at Disney, and has accumulated extensive experience in compensation roles at companies such as Electronic Arts, Verizon, and Peterson Publishing. Rian earned a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Workplace Studies from UCLA. Rian began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Film Roman.
