Ryan Schweers

Ryan Schweers is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Viewer Experience at Disney Streaming, part of The Walt Disney Company, since July 2021. In this role, Ryan oversees global internal assisted customer support and business process outsourcing, managing areas such as Strategic Operations, Quality & Experience, and Training & Internal Communications. Prior to this position, Ryan was with Hulu, where responsibilities included leading global support and strategic operations for Disney Streaming. Ryan’s extensive background at Nationwide spanned over 16 years, covering roles in quality assurance, customer service management, and training, ultimately leading to the management of teams dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency. Academically, Ryan holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Iowa State University.
