Simon B. Ho has extensive experience in the cruise and hospitality industries, having held various leadership positions at prominent companies. At Genting Hong Kong Limited, Simon served as VP of Shipboard Revenue, VP of Guest Experience, and SVP of Corporate Development in the Chairman's Office from 2016 to 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Asia Commercial Operations at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in 2015-2016, and Manager of Global Strategy at Carnival Corporation from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Simon worked in Global Business Development at DFS Group, part of LVMH, from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Simon is involved in Revenue Management & Analytics at The Walt Disney Company since 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a double major in Economics from the University of Miami, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
