Sofia Carino

Sofia Carino, M.A., has accumulated extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, primarily with The Walt Disney Company, where they have held various roles since 2000, including Manager of Talent Management and Sr. OD Consultant. They also worked at Nestle USA as a Campus Recruiter and held positions at IndyMac Bank and Activision, Inc. Sofia is currently pursuing a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.A. from Claremont Graduate University.
