Prior to their tenure at Disney, they worked as a Scheduler at Sykes Enterprises and as an Industrial Engineer at Boeing Aerospace. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Operations Management from Auburn University and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
