Sylvia Dong

Sylvia Dong is an accomplished finance and strategy executive currently serving as the EVP of Corporate FP&A and Finance Transformation at The Walt Disney Company since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sylvia held various senior positions at PepsiCo from April 2011 to October 2024, including Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer for North America Beverages and CFO for the Greater China region. Sylvia's extensive experience spans financial management, business development, and digital transformation across multiple regions and business sectors, along with significant leadership roles at Bain & Company and UBS Investment Bank. Sylvia holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Finance and Accounting from the University of Manitoba.
