Tom Moyes, MBA, is an experienced international Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years in finance and leadership roles, including five-time CFO and extensive private equity experience with firms like Carlyle, HIG, and TPG. Having spent a decade at The Walt Disney Company and four years on Wall Street, Tom has successfully managed over 30 transactions totaling approximately $47 billion, including the notable KKR LBO of RJR Nabisco. Currently, Tom seeks interim CFO roles and consulting projects, leveraging a rich background in diverse industries such as SaaS, media, and medical products. Tom holds an MBA from The Wharton School and has served on multiple boards across private, public, and charitable organizations.
