Travis Robinson

Travis Robinson is a multi-hyphenate leader focused on expanding access to opportunity within multicultural communities. They currently serve as Director, Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) People & Culture at Disney Entertainment, overseeing multiple departments. Additionally, they are the Founder of the strategy agency ONEDER Co. and the real estate development company Zeal Culture. Previously, they held significant leadership roles in DEI at Airtable, Spotify, and Universal Music Group, where they were the first Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at a major label music company. Travis holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Lee University and is pursuing a master's degree in strategic public relations from The George Washington University.
