Trey Wichmann

Trey Wichmann has extensive experience in labor and employment law, having served as a Labor & Employment Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP and as an Employment Associate at Fenwick and West. Trey began their legal career as a Law Clerk for Hon. Raymond Fisher at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Currently, Trey holds the position of Director, Enterprise Policy & Administration at The Walt Disney Company, where they develop enterprise-wide and segment-specific employment policies. Previously, they have worked in significant roles at Spansion and Apple Inc., focusing on corporate counsel and worldwide compliance. Trey earned a BA in Government and French Studies from Wesleyan University and a JD/LLM in Law and International Law from Duke Law School.
