Troy Dow

Troy Dow is the Senior Vice President of Government Relations at The Walt Disney Company, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President & Counsel in Government Relations and IP Legal Policy & Strategy. Troy gained experience as Professional Staff and Counsel for the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary from 1995 to 2000 and worked as VP & Counsel for Technology & New Media at the Motion Picture Association from 2000 to 2003. They earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University, where they are currently pursuing further education.
