Yang Shen, MBA, CSM, is a seasoned Program Manager at The Walt Disney Company with over 8 years of experience in project management across various industries, including Social Media and Manufacturing Engineering. Having successfully led initiatives exceeding $5 million and managed diverse teams ranging from 10 to over 100 members, Yang's expertise spans both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Previously, Yang held roles at notable companies such as Twitter, Boston Scientific Corporation, and HAI Group, and currently leads technical programs that enhance user experiences for Marvel's web and mobile platforms. Yang earned an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree from the University of New Haven.
