Kevin Decker

Kevin Decker is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in web application architecture and growth engineering. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Dispatch since April 2023, Kevin previously held positions at Noom Inc. as a Staff Software Engineer and Technical Lead in Growth Engineering, focusing on enhancing developer experience and building data pipelines. Prior to Noom, Kevin worked as a Senior Web Architect at SpiderRock, Director of Engineering at Healthline Media, and Senior Web Application Architect at Citadel LLC, where significant contributions included improving team performance, overseeing technical transitions, and developing critical applications. Kevin co-founded SourceViews, LLC and has also held roles at @WalmartLabs and Palm, showcasing a diverse skill set that includes frontend and backend development, DevOps, and team leadership. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2007.
