Jaymes Fuller is an experienced leader in product and analytical technical development within the cell and gene therapy field, boasting over 13 years of expertise. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Analytical & Product Sciences at Dispatch Bio, Jaymes previously held the position of Senior Scientific Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, where they led a diverse team focused on the development of innovative CAR T cell therapies. Jaymes has also contributed significantly to analytical research and development at Celgene. They are pursuing a PhD in Molecular Biosciences at Seton Hall University and hold both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Montclair State University.
