Kole Roybal

Kole Roybal is a Professor at UCSF and the Director of the UCSF Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, where they focus on engineering immune cells to enhance therapeutic potential for cancer. With a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Roybal has held various academic positions, including Associate Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at UCSF. They are also a co-founder of multiple biotech companies, including Moonlight Bio and ArsenalBio, and serve as an advisor for Venrock. Roybal's extensive research and entrepreneurial efforts aim to advance cell-based therapies for cancer and other diseases.
