Chantal Chabot

Chantal Chabot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Dispatch Science since May 2018, Chantal focuses on implementation, training, and support, and acts as a liaison between customers and development for feature enhancements. Prior to this role, Chantal spent eight years as a Product Manager at Visual Next, where responsibilities included product management, integration, and training. Additional experience includes serving as the Fashion PLM Product Manager at Lawson Software and as the Director of PLM Retail at Freeborders. Chantal holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Concordia University, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
