Jackie Madden

Director, Engineering at Dispatch

Jackie Madden is currently the Director of Engineering at Dispatch. Jackie has over 17 years of experience in the software engineering field. Prior to Dispatch, Jackie worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Tyler Technologies for over 16 years. There, they were responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, testing, documenting and supporting small to large modifications to the Munis application suite. Jackie also worked directly with sites to perform custom database modifications in conjunction with application modifications. Additionally, Jackie created SSRS custom reports, from simple design and data sets to complex drill-down detail. Furthermore, Jackie developed the Chart of Accounts Redesign module for sites to replace the Munis account structure.

Prior to their work at Tyler Technologies, Jackie worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Dynamix for just under 2 years. There they designed and implemented an automated system to improve quality and resource effectiveness. Jackie also introduced focus groups to enhance game design and improve end user expectations while at Dynamix.

Jackie began their career in 1995 as the Projects and Systems Coordinator in HR at Community Health and Counseling Services where they worked for 3 years.

Jackie Madden has a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Oregon, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Maine.

Their manager is Scott Rudberg, CTO. They are on a team with Nik Cheung - Software Engineer, Kirk Miller - Software Engineer, and Andy Dyer - Software Engineer.
