Jeff Nokes is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and product development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering - Care Coordination at DispatchHealth since November 2025, Jeff oversees the development of care coordination products. Prior to this, Jeff held various senior positions at Shutterfly, including Senior Director of Platform Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure, where significant contributions included standardizing technology platforms post-acquisitions and migrating data centers to AWS. Earlier roles at Intuit, Liveops, and eBay involved leading engineering teams, developing integrations and platforms, and implementing best practices in software development and compliance. Jeff holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from San José State University.
