Troy Arnold

Troy Arnold is a seasoned professional in health care investment and strategic development, currently serving as a Partner at Echo Health Ventures since October 2017, where the focus is on transformative health care investments. Concurrently, Troy holds roles at DispatchHealth as Managing Principal and as a Board Observer at the UNC Center for the Business of Health, which aims to shape business leaders in the health care sector. Prior experience includes significant positions at Blue Cross NC, where Troy was Director of Provider Network and Strategic Development, among other roles, and various strategic and operational roles at WakeMed and other healthcare organizations.
