Cristian Zendejas

Cristian Zendejas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cristian started their career as a Security Officer/2nd Shift Supervisor at GUARDSMARK LLC, where they supervised post schedules and reviewed video footage for possible incidents. Cristian then joined ANGLICO (USMC) as a Corporal, where they supervised and facilitated training for 10 employees and led small group projects.

In 2019, they transitioned to Brink's Inc as a Driver, responsible for the safe transportation of personnel and valuables, effectively managing workloads to meet customer deadlines. Cristian then worked at ConnectWhere as the Director of Managed Services/Project Manager, providing quality IT support to customers, managing the company's Managed Services Provider, and creating and assigning issues using task management boards.

Cristian's experience also includes an internship as a Web Programming Intern at LinkUp Job Search Engine, where they analyzed PHP code, supported the product management team, and troubleshooted program errors. Cristian also interned as a Software Engineer Intern at Dispatch, contributing to the internationalization of a mobile application and participating in agile practices.

Currently, Cristian is working as a Support Engineer at Dispatch, providing customer service and troubleshooting expertise, documenting and investigating issues, and participating in agile ceremonies. Cristian has also contributed to the migration of a financial system to a new provider and the development of new products and features.

Cristian Zendejas obtained an Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Century College - Company, where they studied from 2008 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Metropolitan State University, studying from 2019 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Cristian earned several certifications, including "Improving Your Focus" from LinkedIn in November 2019, "Full-Stack Developer Certification" from the University of Minnesota in October 2019, "React: Ecosystems" from LinkedIn in October 2019, and "IT Essentials A+ 901" from CompTIA in August 2018.
