Chand Basha Shaik has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. From May 2015 to January 2021, they worked as a Service Delivery Specialist at IBM, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and root cause analysis for an application in the production environment. CHAND BASHA also documented incidents and problem tickets for future reference and proposed enhancements for better performance.
