Hemlata Nerurkar

Hemlata Nerurkar has been working in the IT industry since 2005. Hemlata began their career as a Programmer Analyst at MaxVal Technology Partners and Dynamic Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In 2006, they moved to V2Solutions as a Lead Software Engineer, where they were responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing web applications and databases. In 2012, they began working as a .Net Professional Freelancer, where they were able to work independently and in teams, and had experience in different domains of software and IT infrastructure development. In 2014, they became a Module Lead at GreenPoint Global. In 2021, they took on the role of Manager C2 at Capgemini, and in 2022 they became a Scrum Master at DispatchTrack.

Hemlata Nerurkar began their educational journey in 1989 when they attended Kashidas Ghelabhai High School and obtained their SSC in 1995. Hemlata then attended Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University from 1995 to 2000, earning their B A in Psychology. In 1997, Hemlata began their studies at NIIT and obtained their DNIIT Diploma in Network centered computer programming in 2001. In May 2019, Hemlata obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in June 2021, they earned their Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
