Matt Morrison

Matt Morrison has extensive work experience in the field of sales and laboratory automation. Matt currently holds the position of Director of Sales - North America at DISPENDIX, a role they began in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the National Sales Manager Lab Automation at Dispendix and Cytena - BICO Companies from November 2022 to April 2023. Before that, Matt was the Laboratory Automation Sales Team Lead - North America at CYTENA and DISPENDIX - BICO companies from January 2022 to November 2022. Matt also worked as a Sales Executive at CYTENA, a BICO Company, from January 2021 to February 2022.

In addition to their sales experience, Matt has a background in automation consulting and engineering. Matt was an Automation Consulting Engineer at Hamilton Company from May 2017 to January 2021, where they specialized in process analytics and liquid handling robotics. Prior to that, they served as an Automation Applications Engineer at Hamilton Company from May 2013 to June 2017.

Furthermore, Matt has experience working as an MBA Intern at the Small Business and Technology Development Center, where they established and maintained client relationships, developed business plans for start-ups, and acted in a managerial role to undergraduate interns.

Matt Morrison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010.
