Locally owned by a practicing pharmacist who specializes in customized medication, Dispensaries Ltd. has been serving the greater Edmonton area since 1934 with six full-service pharmacies open and a wholesale distribution centre. Awarded PCCA's Canadian Compounding Pharmacist of the Year (2014), Dispensaries Ltd. holds a strong commitment to patient care and providing the highest quality of service. We intend to make a difference in our patient’s lives by assisting in the management of their health and health care needs.

Our pharmaceutical services include: traditional prescription filling; customized medication (compounding); bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT); natural health products; detailed medication history review, monitoring and follow up with a pharmacist; vaccinations and flu shots; medication organization; safe medication disposal; and prescription delivery.


All of our pharmacists and pharmacies are fully licenced and our day-to-day activities are governed by the Alberta College of Pharmacists. We treat our patients as we would treat our family and we do our best to get your prescriptions to you as quickly as possible.
