Ben Sawaya

Ben Sawaya is the Global Director of Sourcing at Silgan Dispensing, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Director of Supply Chain & Asia Pacific Operations at Silgan Dispensing Systems from 2014 to 2020. Ben's earlier experience includes roles as the Global Director of Finance at MeadWestvaco and various positions at Honeywell Aerospace, including Site Finance Leader/Controller. Ben has pursued education at Brigham Young University, where they are currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, along with holding an MBA from the Marriott School of Management.
