Chad Vickers

Chad Vickers is currently the Molding Operations Manager at Silgan Dispensing Systems, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Chad served as the Facility and Services Manager and as a Service Supervisor at Silgan Dispensing. Before joining Silgan, Chad worked at MeadWestvaco (MWV) as a Molding Production Supervisor, where they oversaw a team of 20-25 individuals and managed extensive molding operations. Their career began as a Molding Process Technician, where they optimized production processes and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.
