John Ferro has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the marketing and sales functions. John served as Vice President, Global Marketing and Innovation at Silgan Dispensing, overseeing the global marketing and innovation functions for the Home, Personal Care, and Beauty business. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Marketing at Silgan Dispensing, where they led the global marketing strategy for the Home, Health, and Beauty business segments.
Before joining Silgan Dispensing, John worked at WestRock Company as Vice President, Global Accounts, where they managed the strategic relationship with Procter & Gamble for the dispensing business. John also held leadership positions at Kellogg Company, including Vice President of Sales Strategy, Vice President of Customer Investment Strategy, Senior Director of Commercialization, National Sales Manager for Australia, Director of Trade Marketing, and Manager of Trade Promotions.
Throughout their career, John has demonstrated a strong ability to drive business development, enhance sales and profitability, foster executive engagement, and lead teams to success.
John Ferro earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Kentucky in 1994. John later attended Marquette University and obtained an MBA in Business from 1998 to 2000.
