Kean Lee is currently the Director of North America Innovation at Silgan Dispensing, a position held since 2021. Previously, Kean served as Engineering Manager and later as Technical Director of Business Development at Rieke from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, Kean worked as a Project Engineer at Arminak & Associates from 2007 to 2010. Kean earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Bio System Engineering, both from Oklahoma State University.
