Matt Kolsema has extensive experience in financial roles, beginning as a Salesperson at Media Markt Nederland from August 2010 to September 2013, followed by an Internship as a Finance Trainee at KioskMedia in August 2011-January 2012. Matt completed a Graduation Assignment focused on HSE Controlling at AkzoNobel in early 2013 and worked as a Financial Analyst at Office Depot Europe B.V. from March 2014 to July 2016. From August 2016 to December 2019, Matt held dual roles at Weener Plastics Group BV as a Financial Accountant/Analyst and Manager of Group Control. Currently, Matt serves as the Finance Director for Weener Europe at Silgan Dispensing since June 2025. Matt Kolsema holds a BEc degree in International Finance and Control from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
