Gina Auray, MBA, CRHA, is an experienced HR leader with a diverse background in human resources and consulting. Gina owned Vicci Consultation Inc. since 2022, and has been a Human Resources Lecturer at both Université de Sherbrooke and Bishop's University since 2023 and 2020, respectively. Previously, Gina served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bombardier from 2017 to 2022 and held roles at CAE from 2014 to 2017, specializing in human resources counseling and merger and acquisition projects. Gina began her career as a Payroll Administrator at Day & Ross from 2006 to 2014, and is currently the People and Culture Manager at Dispersa since 2025. Gina holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bishop's University and an MBA in Management Consulting from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM).
