Tom Sharp

Tom Sharp has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career in 2011 with the Royal Australian Navy, where they served as an officer and later as a training manager, responsible for coordinating training programs for naval officers. During their time in the Navy, they also served as an officer of the watch on several warships. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Training Advisor before leaving the Navy in 2020.

After leaving the Navy, Tom joined Amazon in 2021 as an Area Manager, overseeing the pack department in a fulfillment center. Tom managed a large team and played a key role in the launch of a new center. In 2022, they became an Operations Manager at Disperse, before quickly being promoted to Global Site Operations Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Site Operations at Disperse, where they are responsible for overseeing site operations globally.

Tom Sharp completed their education history as follows:

- From 2018 to 2021, they attended UNSW and obtained a Master of Strategy and Security degree with a focus on Strategy and Security.

- From 2012 to 2014, they studied at UNSW and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.

- In the same period of 2012 to 2014, they also attended the Canberra Institute of Technology and obtained a Certificate IV in Business Administration and Management.

In addition, Tom obtained several certifications from the Royal Australian Navy:

- Tom completed the RAN Learning Facilitator Course in 2018.

- In 2016, they earned a Bridge Warfare Certificate.

- In 2015, they obtained a Navigation Watchkeeping Certificate.
