We design and deliver early mental health programmes *with* migrant and racialised communities (not for them). Our work strengthens the protective factors that keep young people well: emotional regulation, confidence, peer connection, and a sense of belonging.

We also train organisations on racial and cultural equity, and work with research partners to make sure community insight shapes the systems young people rely on.
