Jonathan Hartley

Jonathan Hartley is a Partner at Alderman Enterprises, where they focus on acquiring and guiding founder-led businesses toward growth and operational improvement. They graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army. Hartley co-founded and scaled a direct-to-consumer manufacturing company and transformed Carousel Designs into a national B2C e-commerce organization before its acquisition. Previously, they held roles at Croft & Bender, where they significantly contributed to the firm's growth, and served as an Executive Chairman for multiple companies. Currently, Hartley is also a Founding Board Member of Greater Atlanta Preparatory School, working to establish a transformative educational institution.
