Jason Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Currently serving as Head of People Operations at DisplayNote Ltd since November 2021, Jason specializes in enhancing organizational culture and collaboration. Previously, Jason held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager for iManage, where key contributions included strategic recruitment and employer branding. At Rapid7, Jason was instrumental in establishing recruitment strategies during the company’s expansion into Belfast. Early career roles included Senior Recruitment Consultant at Kennedy Recruitment Ltd and various positions in sales and recruitment at InterContinental Hotels Group, Park Inn by Radisson, First Choice Recruitment, Enterprise Plc, and Abbey National.
