Belinda Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Belinda began their career in 1997 as a Senior Data Processing Executive at Millward Brown, where they worked until 2000. Belinda then joined The Wire as a Senior Data Analyst and worked there until 2003. Belinda then moved on to ICM DIRECT LIMITED, where they held the position of Senior Data Processing Executive from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, they joined Harris Interactive as a Senior Programmer, providing advanced programming and technical services to support client studies. After four years at Harris Interactive, Belinda moved to BDRC as an Associate Director of Data Science. During their time at BDRC from 2009 to 2017, they played a key role in the Bus Passenger Survey, which is now considered a benchmark for passenger satisfaction within the industry. Belinda also developed their data analytics skills using Excel, SPSS, SQL, Python, and R.

Belinda then joined Kantar in 2017, initially as the Head of Specialist Quant Team in the Healthcare Division. In this role, they led the team in delivering quantitative projects and ensuring adherence to best practices. In 2019, they transitioned to the position of Operational Excellence Lead in the same division. Here, they focused on achieving operational excellence in all stages of project cycles and also served as a Power BI expert.

Currently, Belinda works at Displayr as a Customer Success: User Support & Engagement Specialist. Their responsibilities include providing technical support to Displayr and Q users, building interactive online dashboards and reporting solutions, and creating content to support the software.

Belinda Bailey attended Nottingham Trent University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Biology. Belinda also has several additional certifications, including Power BI Desktop from Maven Analytics in August 2022, Excel Business Intelligence Part 3: Power Pivot and DAX from LinkedIn in August 2019, and The Data Science of Healthcare, Medicine, and Public Health, with Barton Poulson from LinkedIn in July 2019, among others.
