Mark Reid

Mark Reid has extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Displayr, which they began in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Architect at Tourism Holdings for nearly nine years, from May 2013 to June 2022. Before that, they served as a Software Architect at Roam Free from February 2009 to May 2013, where they were responsible for design, .NET coding, and Oracle DBA. Earlier in their career, Mark worked as the CFO at Uber Geeks from January 2005 to January 2012. Mark'searliest experience in the field was as a Senior Software Engineer at Morris International, where they worked for over 15 years, from March 1994 to February 2009.

Mark Reid attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (Computing). In terms of additional certifications, Mark obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2019. Mark also obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from AWS in November 2021.
