Alekhya A

Alekhya A has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alekhya is currently working at Disprz as an Associate Director - Partnerships, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Product Marketing Manager at Disprz from October 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Disprz, Alekhya worked at Metamorphosis Engineering & Skill Development Pvt Ltd as the Global Head - Education vertical from January 2021 to September 2021.

Alekhya also gained extensive experience at Ashok Leyland, where they served as an Assistant General Manager from June 2017 to December 2020.

Alekhya's earliest work experience was at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam), where they were the Lead for Rewards & Recognition & Employee Engagement from April 2010 to March 2016.

Alekhya A pursued their Post Graduate Programme in Management with a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, and Leadership at the Indian School of Business from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in August 2023.
