Evan D’Aversa

Evan D’Aversa analyzes source code and performance issues and assists in preserving systems in IP and software failure disputes.At DisputeSoft, Evan is a Consultant responsible for analyzing source code in IP and software failure disputes. Evan supports client projects where IT systems need to be preserved, resurrected, and analyzed for a variety of performance-related issues. Evan also assists with project schedule delay analyses, patent review, defect analysis, and static code analysis.

Prior to joining DisputeSoft, Evan assisted in the prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He analyzed existing patents and prepared responses to USPTO office actions regarding patent applications for mechanical and electronic inventions. He also drafted patent applications and researched trademark matters for clients.
