Through hands-on experiences in a safe environment, disruptive art ® participants are encouraged to explore and expand their boundaries, and experiment with disruption and change. The result is a journey that challenges personalities and attachments,  promotes behavioral change, new ideas, creativity, innovation, and unleashes human potential .The disruptive art® technique combines art, mindfulness and science.  Sessions and workshops are offered in group or individual settings, and can be delivered in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
